Route Chicago Up Proviso Yard - Rochelle, Il Usa

Hello, I’d like to propose a DLC which would have versatile use in the Midwest. UP east/westbound tracks from the massive Proviso Yard in Melrose Park, IL to Rochelle, IL USA. The length of track is roughly 70miles long. Rochelle, IL is a popular destination as they have a busy track diamond, as well as a yearly stopping destination for UP’s Big Boy Steam Engine. Additionally, Metra Commuter Rail (Chicago’s commuter railway) utilizes UP’s tracks to travel into downtown Chicago. This route contains a lot of scenic quaint Midwest downtowns, crossings, and some country landscape.

Shoot yea. see this what im talking about. We need more america routes and chicago isnt a bad suggestion. Shoot id play it and i also suggested one in tennessee called the chattanooga sub

As noted previously though, DTG have put any further US freight routes on hiatus.

Why is there a hiatus on American freight routes ?

 

Because the freight operators won’t play the ball with DTG. They don’t want to cooperate with them right now which is very annoying.
