Mannhiem Route Running Incompatible Stock

I just got on the first timetable train given on this route I just bought and it uses the TGV but after starting it up it will not move. I checked the tutorial and follow the setup for non LGV AC and it will not move. How am I supposed to get this to work? Is this even supposed to work on DB lines?

 

No, but a post-release patch for that was promised.

 

So the rolling stock allocated to the through services don't even work with the route?
