I purchased the Collecter’s Edition which included Vienna but I can’t see how you get to the routes in Vienna. I initially thought you had to download the extras separately but that doesn’t appear to be the case.
No it includes two trams from Vienna. The Type D and the E1. Not the city of Vienna. You'll have to play the old game for that.
