Sunday Timetables To A Feature For Future Uk Routes.

Hi all, I feel like this would be a good feature to have just to add that immersion, mainly for UK as I don't know what other Timetables on a Sunday in other country are like but Sunday Timetables in the UK are different to you're Monday to Saturday timetables.
Sunday timetables are typically much smaller I think and I feel like it be nice to have this addition for the immersion and realism as I find it quite weird when I spawn on the game on a Sunday and it is a a Tuesday timetable so it feels off.
What do you all think?

 

Why would I want to play on a quieter timetable? The more trains I see on my journey, the better. :P

 

All services cancelled due to planned engineering works? Bus replacement services?

I think the main issue here would be the extra work involved. Route builders have enough to do without adding an extra timetable for every route they produce. A lot of the time we see DTG barely getting the main timetable finished and working within their dev time.

 

I can see the fun if you had features like Single Line Working for engineering work etc., but god alone knows if the AI or signaller system could handle that, particularly reversing through a crossover then running bang road.

 

Just adds Realism having a Sunday Timetable.

 

Also some Sunday timetables use different rolling stock or operate shorter routes better for those with less time. With Leeds to Selby there are 150s and 155s on Sundays but 158s for the Monday to Saturday Halifax to Hull.
