[resolved] Ps5 Recent Mannheim Update & Loss Of Routes.

Hi all,
So I have a bit of a predicament. This is for PS5 players (Xbox owners you can check if you want).
I am on PS5 (standard).
I am running TSW 5 on my 2TB SSD. I have all the DLC's everything Routes and loco packs and gameplay packs.
Total install size is 357.7 gig
Build 1203
Version is 1.027.00

Since the update on Monday February 10th I have lost 22 of my routes (See below). All these routes are installed on the PS5 I have double checked. But these are not showing in my list of routes. Also I haven't received the update for the Mannheim route. Although I say I haven't received it, it has downloaded and installed it, (both attempts) but it hasn't worked.
Now Dovetail are aware of this and are working with me to resolve it. But I am just reaching out to see if anyone else has this problem. Please note this is not a have a go at Dovetail post. I just need to find out if anyone else have had this problem.
I have cleared out the cache on the PS5 this morning and still nothing.


These are the routes I am missing.
Rapid Transit, West Somerset Railway, Ruhr Sieg Nord, Long Island Railroad V1 (not 2024 version), Penn Corridor, Rhein Ruhr Osten, Hauptestrecke rhien ruhr, Koln Aachen, London Underground Bakerloo, munchen Ausburg, arosa linie, boston sprinter, Dresden Riesa, Birmingham Cross City, Niddertalbahn, Peak forest, Antelope Valley, Salzberg Rosenheim, Fife Circle, Boston Worcester, West Coast Mainline over shap.

A Do you have all of your routes for TSW 5 installed and can you access them?
B Has the Mannheim route updated for you?, see below for what you should see on Mannheim route after the update.

You should see:
BR 642 layer on Mannheim
Additional AI services and passengers at stations correctly
If you have E2G route, AI trams

my build number and version number are showing the same as yours, however I still have all my routes, and also have had the Mannheim update after restarting my PS5 (slim)

 

Yes its all sorted now. Richy rail suggested that I try to restore liscences on the PS5 and I have to say its worked. I have all the22 missing routes and an updated Mannheim.
