Hello, I have scoured these forums and cannot seem to find this mentioned anywhere. But I cannot get to Level 2 mastery for East Coastway as the criteria of fill 20 wagons is constantly stuck at 15 for me. I’ve probably filled upwards of 100 now on different timetables trying to get this achievement but it appears to be stuck. Wondering if I’m missing something here that’s an easy fix?
