    Hi,

Trying scenario "Local Collection" I am stuck at red in Seefeld. Contacting signaller says "Denied. Check Switches". There are no other trains in upcoming segment till Giessenbach. Do not see any switches that can be changed by player at Seefeld.

Is timing important? I had no any mayor delays till Seefeld.

    TIA

Check the map to see where the next stopping point is. Just beyond it is the switch to the freight cars you’ll be picking up. That (manual) switch needs to be aligned correctly to get the green signal.

That is the problem - stopping point is in 6 km at next station...

I know. Use the map to throw the switch and you get a green signal.

That sho' nuff is a bizarre way to structure a scenario. And completely non-intuitive. Reminds me a bit of the one on Clinchfield where after an hour's drive an open switch routes you into a siding and a collision with parked cars

Just come across this. There should be an instruction inserted in the scenario to tell you to throw the switch. And in any event, the block is clear so no reason why you shouldn't get a proceed signal, then the scenario should have given a stop point just before the switch itself, where you would then operate it locally. In reality the driver would know exactly what he should be doing and does not have the means to remotely operate a manual switch.
