When playing a service created in scenario planner, if you save the service and load back in later, the time always resets to the service start time. For example, the service could start at 12:00, you play until 12:30, save and then quit. When you load that save game back up, the time resets to 12:00, meaning the AI trains don't stick to their schedule.
That is way on my PS4 so I suspect that is the way it works on all platforms. It has been this/that way since at least TSW2 (I do not have TSW 2020 [aka version 1]).
