I have a problem with this scenario, when I sit down I can't click anything, not even open the door, only sit in the chair or zoom in on the screen,
I checked it on my XB version of the game, and sure enough, however, I tried to do the tutorial, the same results. No interaction with any of the controls and I even tried the other cab and that didn't do anything either, so, seeing that you are the one who posted the issue here for TSW5, you might want to file a support ticket on the DTG support page. There is no other way around this, only they can fix this. This is a shame because it always worked with no problem in TSW 2, 3 & 4.
