PS5 Latest Patch Didn't Seem To Have Desired Effect On Ps5 (avl Bilevels)

This was in the patch notes for the latest patch which got downloaded to my PS5 yesterday. It seems to have had the opposite effect on the formations. With the last patch I was seeing Bombardier cars in AI formations but only Rotems in player spawn in ones. Now I am seeing ONLY Rotem formations again - Bombardiers seem gone completely.

Not sure if this effecting other platforms.
