Hey guys/girls Just wanted to get the community's input into players riding trains as passengers, now I know you can already do this, but would it be an idea to earn miles travelled as a passenger or to earn a trophy? I personally think it would be a nice feature to have, the distance you drive and walk is already measured, why not riding as a passenger? Let me know
I am sure driven miles and miles travelled as a passenger would be different and probably wouldn't be taken off your total, but it would be a nice stand alone challenge, travel 1,000 miles/KM per month as a passenger?
Sometimes, I get tired of driving all the time. So I pick a route, pick a service, and ride as a passenger. Then I give up because I get bored of that as well. Would probably enjoy it more if there was an incentive to do so.
I ride the trains as a passenger and I usually end up doing what I do in real life and that is fall asleep and miss my stop, but it is relaxing to be driven around and enjoy the views.
Possibly, but it might end up looking something like this. Drive 1,000 miles Passenger 500 miles Walk 250 miles Walking might be painful
I sometimes use the option to ride as passenger in order to get somewhere where I can commandeer a train to drive lol... or stare in the eyes of other passengers in an imaginary creepy way (as I do sound horns in a totally unnecessary way and imagining the ppl being scarred for life I know, I'm evil deep inside muahaahaha )
also, while waiting for a service I wanted to drive at Dresden Hbf, I would occasionally uncouple a loco from dostos or so ... dont remember the result, but I think I laughed a bit
I remember when some routes would have achievements for riding as a passenger. It can be really nice on scenic ones.
Yeah, I did that once on the Ant line was a bit funny just seeing the coach cars catch up to the Loco :updated Auto Correct: Ugh
