Tried to change from the screen but is not possible, this is the first passenger service of 710 Overground from Watford to Euston

I've noticed the same with the PC version. In DC mode the screen always shows 25kV which I assume it doesn't in reality.

doing my first service with this train, since I have just recently gotten Suffragette Line with 710, and yeah, that was like the first thing I have noticed lol

I've also noticed that when driven on the Watford DC line the set behaves as if there's no 750v DC bus joining the pick up shoes throughout the train which means that every time it goes over a gap in the live rail traction power is lost. This incorrect behaviour of units on 3rd rail goes way back to the 313 on East Coastway. This was widely reported at the time and as nothing's changed since I assume was met with a virtual shrug of the shoulders by DTG.

An improvement but wouldn't 750v be more appropriate? Anyone know what the prototype shows on 3rd rail?

Probably not 750v, as I believe the current is set to a slightly different level on the Watford line, as LUL work on a 630v system of +420/-210v.

It may be an idea to see what voltage is shown on Harrow-Watford section, or if spawned in on SEHS/ECW/BML/Ormskirk Station

Do the 710s run just on 3rd rail, as the 313s had shoes for the 4th rail when they were introduced onto the line replacing the 501s.

That took a while. I wonder if the power issue has been rectified on the dc line?

As far as I'm aware the 313's didn't have a shoe for 4th rail, same as the 378's.
And any references I can find indicate the watford dc lines being 750v.

Where is the 4th shoes located in 72 stock? Have tried to look under train whit external camera but is apparently hidden, also the underground trains can tecnically go to Euston or Watford whit third rail or the voltage is different? (In the first ECS services of 72 stock they can go to Kilburn High Road)

I don't think it's been modelled on th 72 stock.
From further reading the Lu section of the watford dc line is 0v/+750v. So at a guess the 72 stock could possibly run to watford junction, but you would have to consult a expert on that.

Regarding the voltage on the Watford DC line wikipedia has the following:
"In areas where Underground and third rail rolling stock share tracks, the centre conductor rail is electrically connected to the running rails. This still results in a 750 V voltage, but in a 0 V/+750 V configuration.[8] Lines configured in this manner include:
Between Gunnersbury and Richmond on the District line, shared with London Overground
Between East Putney and Wimbledon on a section of the District line that was transferred from British Rail
Between Queen's Park and Harrow & Wealdstone on the Watford DC line, served by Bakerloo line and London Overground trains"

Not always a reliable source but in this case correct I believe.

As far as the voltage shown on the cab screen goes I doubt very much that it's derived from an actual measurement of the supply voltage, if it were it would vary constantly and the driver only needs to know if he's got the right configuration, but is just a 'label' shown with the shoe or pantograph icon to indicate the mode in use.
