Steam Action Points Goes To Wrong Route

Hi to all,
in my experience after finish a timetable service, the action points earned were often assigned to a wrong route.
For example: if i drive Salzburg-Rosenheim the points goes to Bremen-Oldenburg route; or if i drive Hamburg-Lubeck the points goes to Frankfurt-Fulda.
Anyone else?

 

In this case i was driving a timetable service on Wcml Preston-Carlisle (1z40 London Euston to Edinburgh Waverley) and when completed points go to Tees valley line route. I'm using class 40 loco.

 

I'm thinking that i'm not sure but the problem often happens when i resume a savegame.

 

I'm sure another player reported they had a similar issue. OldVern Was it you? Can't remember for sure

 

Yes that was me. Still seems to be happening, then.
