Possible licensing issues though as discussed elsewhere there is a view if Tri Rail is a public body there is no absolute requirement to obtain permission to include livery or branding in a game. There remains the issue however that the railroads generally seem reluctant to work with DTG. In the case of Florida they also might not want to duplicate the areas Run 8 already cover. Though noticeable they too have shied away from doing Tri Rail or Sun Rail.
