It's a windy day but how can you tell? We can't hear the trees move, there's no howling wind passing by in the background. A nice core feature I am suggesting here is to make it very obvious that there is wind on the current day. To do this, some work needs to be done on the game sounds to reflect how windy it is. To do this we should hear the trees rattle and move, etc.
I want this a well! Imagine standing outside the train... hearing the trees go woooooosssssh.... That would be immersive!
