25% rate this level 1 or 2 with 19% rating it 1 But 45% of 372 rate it a 5 ?? SONY needs to check how many of those rating it a 5 paid full price and how many paid for DELUXE. No way a game this buggy gets 45% of ACTUAL buyers rating it 5 out of 5. And in the USA, there is the wire fraud issue. THAT law REALLY bites. And in this country quite strict consumer fraud legislation. It matters not at all that UK is outside EU.
compare Viewapp "City Driver" on SONY at 2,14 and almost 1000 reviews. And it sorta works ok for what it is, which is not much if you already paid full price for Munich Tram Sim. City Driver gets only 16% at 5 and a believable 56% at 1/5 points. Any company knowingly inflatng ratings of a consumer product must have either a fool for a solicitor or none on retainer at all. Trump can do anything, yup. But just remember what Steam asks "did you receive this product for free?" VALVE are not being nice. They get legal advice, not that i like their view of what a software license is, but they are somewhat careful how they present their review stats. Just see how they do it versus SONY who believe they are too big for anyone to try funny business, but stay on their PS platform.
I'm not sure how any of this is relevant. There is no evidence that anyone has messed with the PlayStation Store user ratings of all things. Even if you disagree with them, those are the ratings that owners of the game have given it. What Brexit, the European Union and Donald Trump have to do with this I don't know.
