In a Scenario or in the Scenario Editor? If you have a Free Roam Scenario you decide which way you want to go and change the points by clicking on them. Or in the 2D map you can click on the blue dots where the points are. In a normal Career or Standard Scenario the train has a route to take - you cannot change the points without editing the Scenario. You may find in some sdgs you have to change the points as they are manual If you are creating a Scenario you pick where the train starts and add which way you want the train to go in the Editor.
My question was about scenario editor. So as far as I understand there is no way to dynamically switch junctions. You have to specify instruction where train goes and TS automatically switch junctions for you or for AI trains. There are only priority settings and thats all.
That is what I was saying. A scenario is like a train timetable where the train always goes the same way. If you were able to dynamically change the route in a Scenario then it could cause a collision. If you want control of where you go create a Free Roam
