I was thinking about buying this DLC but I have a question to ask. Does the DB BR 182 appears in A.I. traffic in Rapid Transit if using the BR 1442 in Service Mode? However, I enjoyed every route I currently own but my least favorite is Rapid Transit only because of the lack of A.I. traffic. I was hoping buying this DLC train would solve my problem with the less A.I. on this route. I own all DLC routes except for TVL and WSR. I do have plans on buying TVL but have zero interest in WSR. As for the DLC trains, I only have the BR 155 and will get the BR Heavy Freight Pack at some point. Not to sure about Amtrak SW1000R as I’m not in a hurry to get it.
The 182 adds additional Services to the Timetable mode of Rapid Transit. So if you do a Talent 2 Run this traffic does appear of course aswell. So yes the route is a bit busier with the 182. Just dont know how many services it adds, cant check that up at the moment
Yes. The 182 services are services like all other. They go on the route no matter if you drive them or the AI.

I never went back to RT until I bought the 182 only recently. It’s a much better route when driven in a loco
