Hi Folks Is it possible to use Marsdonshire Livery and Logos on a freewere reskin? Say I'm doing a Class 377 in Marsdonshire Livery. As far as I'm concerned, Marsdonshire route was done by Just Trains, which included an HST and a Class 166 in Marsdonshire Livery, and those who own a JT Class 153 get a Marsdonshire livered Class 153. I'm just wondering whether the use of the Marsdonshire livery is allowed on a freewere reskin. Thanks guys!
Why not ask JT? It might be an imaginary livery, but JT will still own the copyright on it, though whether they have any interest in enforcing it is another matter.
Absolutely. If it was Freeware it can be different but as it is Payware the copyright is JT's. If only for your own use and NOT distributed there shouldn't be a problem but be safe and ask.
