Excellent idea overall speaking of the German version of the game the Polish city is spelled as Swinemünde this is consistent with the German and austrians using the German name for a Polish City. Considering your route ends in what used to be West Prussia and East Prussia
Sorry about digging up the thread but I've been thinking about how this could be a nice and realistically achievable new route in TSW that takes place in a part of the world close to my heart and I'm happy that it's been talked about at all.
