Shut Down Cab (m7)

To shut down the cab process isn't covered at all in the tutorials with the M7 EMU, I can't seem to shut down the cab at all. I have to twist the knob to off but to do that i gotta turn the master key off which I can't either. I'm stuck for what to do

 

Put the power handle to emergency, then the reverser to key out, then turn the key off.

 

Before moving the power handle to emergency, you should turn off the headlights and turn on the marker lights (red tail lights).
