Xbox Series X Mittenwaldbahn Crashing

I have tried to do a few service runs on the Mittenwaldbahn but everytime it crashes to the homescreen this also happened on scenario's

The only services i have been able to complete are train prep services

 

did you have A HARD CRASH? Have you tried to restart the Console, I know a simple thing but I tried logging in yesterday and I kept getting the message DTG live is not available I rebooted and logged in easy peasy. Also rather than do a regular restart, press and hold the X power button til the box turns off count to ten, and reboot. I am in timetable service now train prep and I just jumped into.

You can also try this the game will re-sync your game data from the Xbox cloud.
DO NOT DELETE FROM EVERYWHERE You will end up starting from scratch.


Then there is a hard reset by holding the X power button till the box shuts off unplug it and wait 10 minutes then restart it.

 

I have the same issue unfortunately.

 

Yep tried everything you suggested and Mittenwaldbahn still crashes to the homescreen

 

At this point, it's best to contact DTG support, they may even direct you to XB Support?
