As the title states "Is Scenario Designer Even Moddable" I was wondering whether or not the in-game scenario designer is even moddable because i would like to add missing station names that can be seen on the West Coast Mainline South route specifically on the Lioness section on WCMLS. If your somebody who has a decent knowledge on the TSW5 PC Editor, please share your expertise (video showcase if possible).
