This train has to come to tsw5, it's a retired electric locomotive that was used in freight if I'm correct.

Although it is a retired electric locomotive and not in use anymore I would like the locomotive to be an add on for Glossop line, East coast main line or WCML Preston- Carlisle

Thanks for reading my suggestion and hope DTG considers it to come to tsw5

They could only work on the Woodhead line and would be impossible to work on any other line as they are DC not AC. But a Manchester to Sheffield Victoria would be an amazing route.

Possibly a Dutch route (I don't know what technical stuff was done to enable them to work in the Netherlands.)

But for the UK they were only able to work Sheffield to Manchester via Woodhead

Yes it would require DTG or a third party to build the Woodhead route. As DTG already did what is now the western stub with the Glossop line in its modern 25kv guise, seems rather unlikely they would revisit in an earlier era.

Such a obvious choice. Surprised that the Woodhead Route is still not here. Personally, I had hoped that the Glossop Line was a precursor to getting the entire Woodhead Route at some point, but alas, No. A 1960s rendition would be fantastic with both Class 76 and 77 locomotives provided that it has the entire DC network from Manchester to Sheffield, Wath, Reddish, Glossop and Tinsley.

As a dlc, perhaps it would be good to do the Midland Blue Pullman sets for ECS moves around Reddish as well as a timetable layer on Peak Forest. Also the Western variant for DLOGW timetable layers, but I digress. The Class 76 should definitely be done alongside the Class 77 owing to the similarities between them.

Just Trains seem to be handling all the 1980s and "Up North" routes....

Imagine if they made the Woodhead route.
