i have question? did DTG make that route building mode for editor or was that part of the editor all along but they change the named?
No its a feature of this editor, because UE is a game engine in general, and is not focused on train games, obviously
ok i downloaded unreal engine 4.26.2 and it look like route building mode is added to tsw pc editor that dtg made.
