How long has Wembley Stadium been like this? Never noticed the support wires/beams being like that before?!

Since 2007. The original 1923 stadium was demolished in 2003.

Haha….not the actual stadium but he support wires holding up the arch. I haven't noticed that in the sim before.

They've always been part of that structure but they are thin enough that they don't always appear noticeable depending on the light.

Looks fab - but it is really sad it is PC only. Here's to hoping that it (or similar) comes to consoles at some point.

Because of ongoing core issues that are showing no signs of being resolved, the fully overhauled WCMLS on consoles seems like its turned into vapour...

Whilst I'm pleased myself to finally see an update for developing the full WCMLS timetable under the upcoming Class 805 DLC, this should've never happened in the first place. You know it's utterly embarrassing to leave it to a third party developer to fix the dirty work you created in the first place. Someone at DTG definitely thought it was a good idea to outsource work to the so called Rivet Games. Talking of accountability.

To look at things slightly more positively though, it’s one hell of a introduction from All Aboard!

Agreed. The timetable from launch was very poor but it’s steadily improved over the past 12 months. Crashes in/around Euston have decreased as well.

What will (probably) never be fixed is the low fps caused by CC liveries, seems to be a problem on most routes but WCMLS suffers very badly from this. Not heard a thing from DTG, so looks like we’ll have to live with it.

unlike some developers. Jumps into TSW with a "gameplay pack" and its just a pre existing train with a payware reskin that you could've got from creators club instead.

Hopefully a few of those CC liveries can be sacked off now the 350 comes in /1/2/3 subclasses - in various liveries too.

With TSW6 right around the corner, its crazy that we never got those extra freight and railtour layers announced back in November 2024 in what should have been the one of the best routes in TSW5

The route still doesn’t run well and you still want more?

I haven’t had a single run on the series X without blurry textures

I'm going to digress a bit, but I haven't found any answers elsewhere: how come there are speed restrictions in Berckhamstead and Leighton Buzzard in TSC and not in TSW? Which of the two is telling the truth? Or have there been speed increases in the meantime?

Speed restrictions as in temporary or permanent?

I mean it's "flat out" in TSW (125mph speed limit) on those curves, whereas it's 115mph (from memory) in TSC (for Pendolinos - EPS) :|

Looking at the sectional appendix around Berkhamsted and Leighton Buzzard there is a differential 115/125 EPS limit. The higher speed applies to Pendolinos (and the lower was for Voyagers, I think) so it should be 125 all the way through.

Thanks for the information ;) I feared TSW was wrong (good thing it's not the other way around). The 390 leans quite a bit in these curves.

TSC doesn't support differential speed limits IIRC.

It supports it as far as you can set a primary (passenger) and secondary (freight) limit. You can use this to set EPS limits and set non-EPS trains in the scenario to freight services

The reason for the differential was that Pendolinos can tilt to 8 degrees and Voyagers only to 6 degrees

They should have set the limit to 125 in TSxxxx. But maybe the first iteration of WCMLS was earlier than the first Class 390 DLC.

It's probably set to 115 in TSC because that includes both Super Voyagers and Pendolinos. If I remember correctly the Avanti Pendolino was released with WCMLS in TSC but there was a Virgin Pendolino that had scenarios for the WCML Trent Valley line. However the Virgin Pendolino had to be withdrawn from sale when the Virgin licence expired.

But doing 125 there and you're overspeeding :(
I don't like that yellow flashing thing.
It seems to me better to set the line speed at the maximum permitted (as for the WHL, even if it's a bit tricky to drive slower trains).
Anyway, [I hope] TSC days are counted... (because of TSW becoming incredible :D)

And there was (maybe still for sale) the really old 390 pack that included 4 fictional liveries.

Been playing WCMLS a lot recently and it’s clear that there’s still lots of improvements to be made. The lack of passengers at Euston and Berkhamsted, the blurry textures (although this isn’t specific to one route), audio popping on the 390, and various scenery issues (particularly the flat grass textures) just to name a few. The 805 will finally give us a full working timetable, but the actual route itself still lacks some polish

Forgot what station it was, but a couple days ago when I did a 350 run I saw some passengers do the Stratford Un-International thing of getting off the train and just stand there.

I have passengers patiently waiting in trains overnight at Euston. Only four hours until departure!

Its very annoying because on release of the route we had passengers at Euston , and then after a certain patch Euston seems like its back in Covid times. Although even in covid there were some people around but Euston is absolutely deserted!

I've raised the issue quite a bit , but no one from DTG seems to want to fix it!

Primrose Hill Up Slow line, final approach to London Euston.

Every class 350 and 710 is still eating the retaining wall, because it was placed too close to the track.

I keep sending support tickets.... and DTG keep closing them.

Luckily, I am retired and have lots of spare time on my hands for reminding DTG support.

This is one of those bugs that I can't believe made it through testing. Even worse is that DTG will most likely never fix this.

Known bug I think, but the lighting for the 1972 Tube Stock on WCML is so dim still (cab and head).

And yet it is fine (good in fact) for the Bakerloo version, so you would think this would be an easy fix.

Or even just let you pick that version from the timetable menu (the Bakerloo already lets you chose between them) as an even easier workaround.
