How the hell do you do it on PC? That's a control I've never stumbled upon.

As I don't speak German I cannot figure out what key combination he's using with the mouse, it's definitely not anything I can find on my keyboard, though. Is this some kind of mod someone made?

 

Never heard of this on pc before, for me the camera always points north

 

He says it’s holding [9]+[Ctrl]+[Shift] if I understood correctly, or maybe it was just the latter two in the map screen (was [9] the map? Can’t remember right now.)
