Allow me to present my first route suggestion. connecting Zwolle to Schiphol Airport via Lelystad. The first dutch route released recently, Spoorlijn:Zwolle - Groningen. I enjoy playing it and i thought it would be cool to "connect" it to another part of the Netherlands. this route is 112 km long and has 16 stations. zwolle kampen zuid dronten lelystad centrum almere oostvaarders almere buiten almere parkwijk almere centrum almere muziekwijk almere poort weesp diemen zuid duivendrecht amsterdam rai amsterdam zuid Schiphol Airport various train options on this route: sng, icm, icng, slt this route offers a mix of endless farmlands, big city vistas, cool station designs and awesome bridges (you can't go wrong with awesome bridges). i'll post some pics in the replies.
I'm not sure the section between Zwolle and Almere is the most interesting, but Almere - Amsterdam certainly could be. And it's my local line so would certainly love to see it in the game. Partly overlaps with my own suggestion too.
This is great, but honestly, I personally would prefer Amestardam to Rotterdam or other section on the HSL, with the ICNG and TRAXX E186 + ICR coaches. I want to go at 200km/h on the HSL, and I also love the ATB>ETCS transitions.
added a cabride video. my suggestion starts at 00:30 at Schiphol and ends at 01:41 at Zwolle another one, starting at Zwolle and arriving at Schiphol at 01:07
Bring it on to the game by the way you would have ended up changing Spoorlijn Zwolle Groningen ZGR with the addition of ICNG VIRM DD-AR rolling stock which would then layer onto the other route. In return this gets SNG and ICMs
What a fantastic Dutch route with a good number of stations to enjoy and i like it. The question remains: which NS trains operate this route, to be precise?
The trains running on the Zwolle - Schiphol line are the NS ICMm (in TSW), the NS SNG (in TSW), the NS SLT (not in TSW), the NS DDZ (not in TSW), the NS ICNG (normal, not in TSW), the ICNG-B (Belgium version, not in TSW) and the BR186 (TRAXX) + ICRmh coaches (not in TSW). If you’d like to know the exact formations of these trains or the type of services they run, let me know. Greetings!
You're absolutely correct, I just forgot about them. The NS VIRM(m) does not regularly drive to Almere. Greetings!
