I think you’re right about the only going for the low hanging fruit. I’ve decided if DTG don’t announce more steam traction or something like the slam door EMUs for TSW6 i am gonna move my gaming budget over to Microsoft flight simulator which I have been interested in for a while. I’ve been patient and loyal for some time but now it just seems like I buy DLC for the sake of it rather than because I really want it.
The easy option for a slam-door EMU would be a backdated timetable for BML and East Coastway with a Class 423. Though this would follow their disappointing approach in TSC where only Southern Region slammers made it in to the game. The far better option would be to have an NSE era route North of the Thames with a couple of types of slammers. GEML with 309, 312 and 321s (plus 86s on the Norwich services) would be the holy grail. Or LTS Rail. Or a Manchester PTE era route with a couple of units from 304s, 305s, 308s or 309s.
Why do folks on console keep whining what they can't have (i play both on pc and console) the simple truth f the matter is your expecting modern gaming pc performance out hardware that was obsolete when it launched but expecting it to be able to keep up with a PC of moderate power, most of your problems are not even related to being DTGs fault, yes DTG can be lazy in optimising stuff and squashing bugs, but i don't think you realise that a lot of the problems this game hits is because of consoles, you are basically asking DTG to fit a 747 into a Cessna hanger. This isn't an attack on console players or an attempt to start a flame war, but please engage brain before fingers and actually analyse a problem from all side before ranting
We're complaining because why should PC players get all these benefits, while us console players - which make up a huge part of the player base - miss out.
Looks like its facing north, inbound 390 was from Euston and the lights look similar to the image as they are not on this end
Yeah I think it’s facing north as you can see the main stairs up to the passenger overbridge on the left hand side there.
WCML Crewe to Preston I reckon. Fairly short section and it's their first DLC. Would allow route hopping and hopefully a "modern day" timetable for the JT northern section.
