Xbox Series X Thomas Mainline Certified! Achievement Bugged

Can be confirmed via True Achievements, has been completed to Gold standard multiple times, does not pop.

However, Diesel Mainline Certified! popped no problem.

 

I don't get any Thomas achievements on Xbox or Microsoft store.

Latest update to the Thomas DLC still hasn't fixed the achievement DTG Jamie, I re-ran the tutorial just to be sure, sadge...

 

This achievement is still not unlocking

 

It is attainable, but ONLY if you create a brand new profile in-game.

 

Devious Driver won't pop.

Have tried 6 new in-game profiles and redoing the scenario, nothing.
