Licenses don't always require payment. You obtain legal right to use them but a fee is not always applicable.

 

In my opinion, the best option for implementation in TSW is to apply a color scheme belonging to a certain brand to the bodies of rolling stock and containers (the color combination is not licensed), and modding masters will do the rest of the application of the desired brand (trademarks) or commercial names.

 

That's fine (and there are a number of branded-container mods already), but that doesn't help console players

 

And admittedly there are things I'd like to see fixed for console in CoreTSW and some other routes before we begin to worry about licensed containers.

I know a PS5 isn't the ideal way to play TSW if the PC master race is to be believed but there are still issues the PS5 shouldn't be experiencing on TSW

 

When playing from the cargo line timetables, are your medals for other services still recognised?
e.g. my 350 runs on WCML?

 

I've not picked it up but if it's anything like the other additional timetables (ECML/CCL/EDG) then no, they wouldn't
