Trying a tool I stumbled upon that lets you create AI video. First you let it create an image from text, you can even let it enhance your text. After this it makes a 5 second video in 720p (trial version) Please note that its supposed to be a British BR class 66 locomotive, but I guess nothing is perfect. Still I'm impressed by the result though.
This kind of thing is the BANE of actual research work on the internet nowadays when looking for solid contemporary reference pics of particular historical locomotives, because you keep getting a whole bunch of stuff that at a moment's glance is clearly wrong, because these systems have no idea where certain parts are supposed to go, but there's so many of them flooding the results thanks to weighting from how much elderly folks on social media keep sharing them. I think I see a different complaint article about it every couple of months at this point.
