1. Hamburg - Hannover - Göttingen - Kassel (Part of the Hannover-Würzburg Fast Rail Route) One of my favorite suggestions for TSW is this impressive route that runs from Hamburg Hbf, through Hannover and Göttingen, and ends in Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe. This line combines high-speed sections (up to 280-300 km/h) with conventional sections, offering a wide variety of services: ICE, IC, RE, and S-Bahn in certain areas. The route is approximately 290 km long. It is especially attractive for its combination of urban and rural landscapes, with multiple route hopping possibilities in Hannover (connecting to Bremen and Wolfsburg) and Kassel (towards Fulda/Würzburg). The ideal rolling stock would be ICE 1 (BR401), ICE 3 (BR403), and the IC with BR101. 2. Munich - Nuremberg - Würzburg - Frankfurt am Main (over the fast rail route Nuremberg - Ingolstadt) This suggestion connects two of Germany's largest cities: Munich and Frankfurt. It's a mix of high-speed lines (up to 300 km/h between Nuremberg and Ingolstadt) and conventional sections in other sections. The total length is around 350 km, making it a long and varied route. It runs on ICE 3 (BR403), ICE T (BR411), and IC locomotives with BR101 or even BR147 Dostos locomotives. It also connects to many other possible routes in Frankfurt and Munich. It would be ideal for fans of long journeys and modern high-speed trains.
For the US: PRR NEC with GG1s and E44s. Maybe a diesel loco for yard and local duties on the non-electrified sections.
Schnellfahrstrecke Cologne-Rhein/Main between Cologne Hbf and Frankfurt (M) Flughafen Fernbf with the branch line to Wiesbaden Hbf. Playable and AI regional services parallel between Cologne Hbf and Siegburg/Bonn AI traffic at Montabaur, on the lines around Frankfurt, and at Wiesbaden Hbf. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cologne–Frankfurt_high-speed_rail_line
