Dear all. I would like to put up the following suggestions for... 1. S-Bahn Frankfurt: why not make the use of the BR103 possible from Mainz to Frankfurt and return via Fernbahnhof and Regionalbahnhof. The latter would be great to continue on Linke Rheinstrecke, as the sole Frankfurt airport station back then was the now Regionalbahnhof. Also, the BR612 from Dresden to Tharandt could be used for the regio train services between Frankfurt and Saarbrucken on the stretch to Mainz. That service was existing back when the route is set in. 2. TSG BR194: how come is it apparently not possible to use the Umbauwagen and create the some variations like the 1st/2nd class coach or the 2nd class/cargo coach. It would increase the variety. 3. Are any other German passenger coaches planned eg. m-Wagen which were quite dominant between the 1970s and early 2000s? 4. Lastly, why are you neglecting Nuremberg? One possible and nice route would be Nuremberg to Wurzburg - very scenic and, except for the class BR440, all contents could be used to resemble the real route. In fact it would also be great if the gap Wurzburg to Hanau could be closed as well. I hope my suggestions may receive a reply and look forward to it. Kind regards. Stefan
2. Depends on budget and time of course. Tsg can't spend forever on a single dlc. They have to eventually release it. Everything in tsw eagles a long time and it is expensive. Another is access to reference material if that applies 3. If it's not on the roadmap, it's not coming 4. You can't just assume that. Maybe it could be complexity. Maybe it can be related to gameplay and what it offers. Maybe it's something else. We won't know. Watch roadmaps for any dlc
Hello. Thanks for your response. 2. If it is the case, then why not forego it instead. What saddens a bit is that things seem half done, even though there are more than sufficient sources available. If that was the case then no Umbauwagen would've been better for the time being and bring a complete set at a later date. 3. "Was nicht ist, kann noch werden" as we say over here. In other words, just because it's not on the roadmap, it doesn't meant it won't come. Maybe, they didn't have it in mind and through this and other posts it gives an inspiration. 4. I do assume that, because it was either Munich or Hamburg up till now. Even Frankfurt was said to be to complex until they did it it and figured it could work. Besides there was a route in TSC, though, from the opposite direction (Regensburg) I do appreciate and value your inputs however. Kind regards.
Wasn't a Class 232 "Ludmilla" in the works? Also, if it could happen, I would love to see some German steam power (maybe Harz Narrow Gauge and a 50 or 52-Class 2-10-0).
Additionally to "S-Bahn Frankfurt" I have two more remarks: 1. If you want to drive a freight train from Fulda/Aschaffenburg towards Mainz, the short section Frankfurt South - Louisa - Frankfurt Stadium is missing. It's just a shame it's not included. 2. It's also a shame that while you can switch between the Linke Rheinstrecke and the Frankfurt S-Bahn via route hopping, you can't do this with the Rheinstrecke trains eg BR103 and BR110, for which layers/services are missing. I hope someone from the developer team reads this. Kind regards
