It looks like consoles (maybe pc as well) sufferin memory leaking since 10 dec. patch or near time. Blurry textures in unjustified empty ramlight...
I think it is a core problem, which especially affects more crowded dlcs

DB BR 111 & n-Wagen Pack is wrongly aplied, it simply replace dostos. Gamepacks are to enrich the route not impoverish it. Whats worse FTF itself...
