Actually, it can take up to 10 minutes to drain the BC on the Powering America scenario, as I recall. I thought it was a bug the first couple times.

If you mean SPG, it has some challenges but it works just fine. I've finished all but one scenario and a bunch of other services.
Still patiently waiting for the fix for "Powering America Pt 1" which is also on this Roadmap. It's the only problem I have with SPG.
Without you guys I would never have been able to set these switches correctly for SPG scenarios and I'm grateful. Took some experimenting to do...
