That is true to life, over no lighting. On the 3rd Rail system I work on, the tunnel lighting is emergency only when the power is turned off.
I’m sure in one of the streams, they said may not be able to completely eradicate the lighting issue.
I don’t think there will be an issue at all with 465’s keeping to timings.
