Turn motion Blur back on for some reason if you turn it off the game does this. I left it on so i dont damage my screen.
Happens randomly not sure what triggers it but can be hard on the eyes.

The game auto updated i wasn't even trying to get it. I went to load up the game and it gave me all those errors.
