There’s loads of threads on this in the TSW3 Release forum. tl:dr Be patient.
Seems the case. Unfortunately my wife is in power saving mode (!) so won’t let me leave the PC on while watching a movie downstairs. So guess I’ll...
If it’s not on the Roadmap… Seriously it was presumably originally planned as a TSW2 project, but now has to be inserted in TSW3 but then only on...
It is the same on Cajon, way overcooked. As I mentioned in another thread this is now actually overtaking my wish for the save game to be sorted,...
There seems to be half a dozen of these threads now... maybe the mods need to consolidate and put a sticky on it with big block capitals!
Yes it all seems to be coming at once. I'm sure the release notes stated we had to tick from the list each DLC as and when we wanted to download...
Same here. Having a quick dabble in Run 8 while it sorts itself.
There is now a massive 24Gb download for me and GWE has appeared in the list of owned content so I'm guessing the process has started, but...
I think you just have to be patient. The list of DLC in the library has not updated for some reason, though I now have a 24b file of god knows...
I think DTG need to get on the phone to Steam about that. As I just noted in another thread, I think I've got SoS downloading now but that was...
I think this is more the case it was always broken, not that an update caused the problem - but DTG have sat on the issue.
Another thing I'm thinking, as the update has not added any DLC to the list, it might be necessary to completely close and then reopen Steam for...
The new lighting does seem to be quite horrible in some situations...
It was reported enough times for the TSW2 version so I really don't know why it wasn't resolved.
I noted this in another thread. I have also seen vehicles floating above the surface at certain locations and one did an abrupt U-turn to head...
This is the old bug that was in the original version. It's either an AI service having a SPAD or there is an invisible signal or misplaced link at...
As mentioned in a couple of other threads if you're on Steam they will appear as DLC under the entry for TSW3 in your library but need to be...
See this link here: How to manage your game & add-ons in Steam : Dovetail Support (freshdesk.com) That indicates the DLC will appear in the...
If I read the notes published here correctly, How to manage your game & add-ons in Steam : Dovetail Support (freshdesk.com) , you need to go in...
1938 stock is visually very nice but Rivet dropped the ball on the sounds. No traction motor run down sound as you brake and virtual absence of...
Think this might be the first DLC I download...
Are the rogue SPAD's eliminated on SoS for freight starting at Gresty and running via the Independent Lines?
On PC here so I will grab that later on, thanks.
This! However DTG have gone more silent on the matter than the save game. Really needs some indication if they are going to bring in a toggle or...
I also noticed this an issue on Cajon, the signal aspects virtually invisible until you're on top of them. Can't be right and proof that the new...
Indeed. I would rather the route and train building teams turn their attention to some of the many requested items in the Suggestion corner, if...
Ironically it will mean after 4 days of early access, unable to play this evening until all the content has downloaded!
Until the point at which it becomes necessary to break backward compatibility (TSW5?) I see no harm in continuing to have the older content...
Interesting then as that directly contradicts the post above.
In some ways that’s a relief as I already mentioned, the effect is overdone in certain lighting conditions and needs some sort of player control...
Another piggyback… Driving the Wurzburg route yesterday evening with LZB enabled, I got distracted (wife nagging) and ended up overspeeding. Much...
I do have to report a failure on Cajon yesterday evening. Reloaded a saved run from SB to Victorville but after about two miles came up on a red...
If I can piggyback here, has the invisible signal SPAD issue affecting Down freight leaving Crewe Yard via the Independent Lines been addressed?...
I must admit I was pondering this the other day, thinking of getting LGV Med to get the TGV for SEHS. However not paying £25 for it and even with...
Thanks Shimarin. I did wonder about the buttons on the rear console but assumed they were just fuses or circuit breakers.
If I can also piggyback on this thread, I can’t find the actual switch on the desk to enable it, had to use the KB Ctrl-R command.
I’m assuming the full game and our legacy routes will go live at the usual time for Steam users, i.e. 1700 GMT/UTC (1800 BST)?
For save game you can temporarily use the UUU utility and console commands as referenced elsewhere. However it should be noted this is still...
According to Matt, aren’t banking comms etc all on by default now when you take over a service?
As someone who is finding the eye adaptation a little overcooked and washing out the colours of the scenery when viewed from the cab in bright...
I agree about the eye adaptation. It needs to go or at least be toned down/adjustable - see the contrasting pictures I posted from Cajon earlier...
The washed out or adaptive eye look also extends to the head out view so it appears anything attached to the "1" view is going to be affected by this.
Did we ever figure out how to turn eye adaptation off? Just posted in another thread two images from Cajon which demonstrate driving from inside...
It could be, in which case how do we switch it off or at least tone it down?
I think part of the issue here may be how the windscreen on the locos is applying an effect to the graphics. Here are two views of the same scene...
One thing I have noticed setting off from San Bernadino towards Victorville - the car spawners on the adjacent road and traffic are behaving...
Just tested on Cajon and it works - great! One quick question, when I come to restart the game later, can I launch the console from the menu...
Search the forum as there are plenty of topics already. DTG unilaterally decided to remove the save function due to its occasional unreliability....
Thanks Tony. Looks like my first mod for TSW3 going in.
I must admit it was quite nice to get in the GEVO and other than putting either the engine run or generator field switch up, good to go. I was...
