I'm sure I've read that somewhere, will have a look and see if I can find it.
On the Elizabeth Line 9xxx headcodes are used to ensure that a train isn't routed into a platform where it won't fit. Platform 12 at Paddington...
I live 50 metres away from the GWML and use it and the Bakerloo Line every day I go to the office. GWML is a great time capsule for how it was in...
Just a bit of fun and no offence intended. We all recognise the themes that populate the Suggestions Board so I thought I would make a Bingo...
The station at Manchester Airport didn't open until 1993, well after the period in which NTP is set.
There was some talk a while back that DTG no longer had the GWR license. Was that confirmed or speculation?
Indeed, the first 60's didn't enter traffic until late 1990....
A few themes appear to be emerging in the Suggestions discussion of late, namely suggestions that lack detail, posts suggesting routes that have...
A TGV reached St Pancras in 2012. https://www.railwaygazette.com/freight/demonstration-high-speed-freight-train-links-lyon-and-london/36769.article
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but for my money the ugliest train in the UK was the Class 140, the prototype that led to the Pacer. [IMG]
Setting expectations is key when running a service desk. The great thing is that anyone can log a ticket about anything. The bad thing is that...
The 70's have started appearing between Reading and Acton on Freightliner trains diverted from the Oxford route due to the closure of Nunham...
I think Pacers are disliked for two reasons. They are awful to ride in, particularly on jointed track, hence the nickname Nodding Donkeys due to...
Have you taken a close look at my profile picture? They can haul 313/4/5 without a barrier van.
The ROG 37's are fitted with equipment that removes the need for barrier coaches.
It really doesn't matter who's best, we're are fortunate to have lived in the era where they both played. Anyway, the correct answer is Gareth Bale:-)
They're all football. Soccer is an abbreviation for Association Football, the 11 a side game. Then you have the handling variants. Rugby Football...
The Rail Adventure 43's have dragged the new Tyne & Wear metro stock from Wembley Yard to Newcastle.
The most recent issue of Railway Magazine says that the 701's are expected in service from the December timetable change.
I was thinking more of player experience than financial return. In any case, to extrapolate a revenue return from the number reviews on one...
So apart from some timetable gripes, half a missing hill and the fact that we are not getting some trains that were never advertised, this has...

A steam route with a Schools Class 4-4-0 would be good!
Anything between same day or, in one case, 5 days. Recently, they have been appearing the following day.
Is someone able to check what formations are available for the 4F in scenario planner please?
If you have a lot of time on your hands, the whole saga can be followed at...
Would probably buy on day one, but I'm still trying to work my way through all the other dlc I've bought recently...
Would love to see this, particularly if it included the ex-GWR railcar. [ATTACH]
I was thinking of posting something similar over the weekend. As far as I'm concerned, as long as you can drive a reasonable representation of...
Manic Street Preachers - Of Walking Abortion Public Service Broadcasting - Spitfire Def Leppard - Gods Of War Aerosmith - Movin Out Billy Bragg -...
I'd love to share my thoughts, but having installed MML yesterday TSW3 crashed 6 times, sometimes when loading the route, sometimes when loading...
Looking forward to playing this as soon as the Game Pass discount is applied, especially with some classic diesels in scenario planner.
Discussed extensively at https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/speed-limits.68511/#post-626948
Saw her parked outside Southall Depot on Friday evening. A fine engine.

That's the Train Simulator Classic thread, Jamie
You might be right, but I'm not sure they would release it immediately before Easter. The following week may be more likely.
Route: Great Western Express Train: Class 37/7 and Class 387 [IMG]
Carmarthen to Swansea in West Wales. Must get around to writing a proper suggestion one day...
Class 37's had a design speed of 90mph. That would have been necessary when they worked Class 1 expresses on the Eastern Region such as Kings...
Today's drag from Ely to Newport (Class 317's for scrap) is timed for 75mph maximum, which I assume is the permitted maximum for a ROG 37....
That requires the Class 37 to be fitted with tightlock couplers, which aren't modelled at present.
I've run the route once in each direction and consider it DTG's best route in ages. If anyone is put off by some of the comments on here, don't be.
For £30, the least DTG could do is invent a time machine, send you to Mainz in 1997 and let you drive the actual trains all day :-)
Hadn't seen that one. Still, not the end of the world.
If a missing indicator light, a questionable skirt and a dodgy river texture is all people have found, I can live with it!

I was doing that just now, but having reported one post, I was told I had to wait (x) seconds before reporting another post as spam.
How, exactly?
