I run mine at 4k 60fps capped, with light anti-aliasing turned on and generally get 30 - 45 fps in dense and busy map areas, and 60 fps flat out...

Have you checked to make sure TSC isn't using an on-board graphics chip instead of your GPU?

Sounds like OP's TSC install is using an on-board graphics chip rather than the GPU.
