Ice2 have a restaurant. And they are not half of the ice1... Ice1 are driving with 11 coaches (and locos). The ICE2 has 8 coaches.
It has no power, It just manages 280kmh. And that is hard for the 402. It's just a ICE1 but without one Loco. So it just has half of the power....
ICE 2 is one of the most hated trains in Germany. I don't think that much people would like it.
