It's not the only one, we have big Philips and Bauhaus signs on german routes. They have explained it in one of the livestreams.

Right now we have one german, one british and one USA-based route and an USA loco announced. Hopefully we will see more loco DLC-s in the future...

Same with freight services on Dresden-Chemnitz, some of them derails on start. And I'm using PC.
