How is disagreeing with you and having a different opinion defending DTg?
That wasn't his opinion, that was the results of something entirely different. And no one here is defending DTG.
Then the same applies for UK and US players using that logic. Spoiler alert: it doesn't. And please don't go dictating people's opinions.
How about we keep the train simulator as a train simulator.
Some suggestions have become reality. ECML for one. Although, usually not the actual suggestion.
It does need fine tuning I agree.
The only problem is Barking Riverside opened after these two trains were withdrawn from the route.
Do you really want to know?
The fact new ones have been released and the current bugs not fixed tells enough, no?
I meant that as a lighthearted joke ;) I actually think it's a good idea.
That desperate, huh?
They already do? The exception being if they happen to recreate a route a la SEHS.
You're joking, right?
The more power you put in, the faster it goes. You keep accelerating until you stop putting power in, and the decreases only decreases when you...
Climbing hills is always difficult especially when they are steep like on SEHS High Speed 1. Even in full power.
I agree to an extent. But sometimes, a short route is needed to build out a larger network.
Not everything has to be end to end or long.
Don't know what game you're playing but there's plenty of high quality stuff in TSW.
Oh, god its started. I don't yet have a picture but a traumatising Christmas tree has just been put in my living room.
If DTG really didn't give two monkeys about German routes, I very much doubt there would be any German content at all.
So you want to relax on 2/3 hour routes instead? You'd probably succumb to boredom.
It is actually relaxing, which isn't at all surprising.
Just because a couple of features don't work or haven't been included does not mean the entire core is broken and there is no realism. Otherwise,...
And? They're still there.
:D
With the 755, what is that thing between the front two carriages? Great suggestion BTW.
Given that licenses are also on a per-train basis, I would assume that applies to individual liveries as well. Probably why the only Class 66...
There are two Scottish routes.
Genuine question: When a license is obtained, does a new one have to be granted for each train for that FOC?
If it was broken that bad, it wouldn't work. The game is realistic enough.
*2: ScotRail Express and Cathcart.
It's a new livery, some scenarios, and improvements to the 323. Saying its just a single livery oversimplified things.
The core of TSW also works.
There is a setting, can't think of the name. Whenever you move the throttle, brake, whatever, a small text will come up showing where its at.
I mean, makes sense doesn't it?
I still play old xbox games, one of which the company that made it went bankrupt. Doesn't affect my gameplay experience.
I think it's trying to tell me something :D
When on High Speed 1, it's kmh. When on domestic lines, its mph.
Isn't that part of the experience?
Never knew that. Might have to give it a go.
Funny, whenever I say that I always have someone jumping down my throat.
I have to say, that Thomas episode is my favourite. That clip in particular is a 20 second fully uninterrupted clip with no dialogue whatsoever,...
Oh, not again.
It wasn't me that said that. All I did was translate the OP.
Round about 40 miles. But not including it becomes a problem if they decide to go further north on the ECML.
Not when you're role-playing passenger it isn't. But it's more an issue that affects multiple trains anyway.
I don't have any problems with it (apart from no passenger lights in the dark on AI trains). Can't really comment on sound as they aren't my...
I'm being stalked by a train, I think. Second night in a row it's appeared.
Its not going to be fixed. If they won't even bother fixing issues such as crashes (I'm still waiting on a TSW3 fix for SEHS which carried over...
There is no way to currently play guard. Except for that one scenario on Glossop Line.
Separate names with a comma.
