For me it's because features for one game aren't fully implemented before the new one comes out.
So with the 158 only doing the Leven branch on Fife Circle....that's one service an hour. You'd have thought Rivet would have let the 158 operate...
I never play scenarios more than once so they aren't an issue for me. But routes, Trains and realistic services will determine how excited I am....
