Maybe the Dev's will try new AI passenger patterns at stations? that way if there is no passengers at the station, the game will allow you to pass it

True yes, the 802s are bi-mode.
The game gives me two options, the reduced one (which I don't use often) and the other one which has the compatible DLCs for the route

It's not as significant as you may think. DTG already have the 80x bodyshell. They would just need to adjust the livery and model the interior.

TfW is owned by the Welsh government, so there wouldn't be a need to nationalise that as well
Liveries on the 801/1 won't spawn in when spawning in free roam. It only works if you spawn the train in yourself. Is this a known problem?
