The content is the wagons and the gameplay, not the locomotive. Forget about the loco, it's additional gameplay with new freight workings/mechanics.
WCMLs runs fine for me (on PC at 4K). That's based on the Original (unfinished) DTG Timetable, Fawx Timetable and OTS Timetable.
