It's cause of your loco's brake pressure, it cuts out if loco brake is applied, dump the air of your direct brake and dynamics should work
I'm not sure how it is in the US but in Europe EP brake is just electropneumatic and has no effect on dynamic braking? I'd expect dynamic braking...

If you want a temporary work around, turn off the ep brake to stop the hissing, brakes still work but not as fast.
Hle18 is a different loco than 193 though, 193 is a vectron, 18 is a eurosprinter

With our shunter we approach with tiny direct brake pressure applied, that helps for controlled approach irl, see if that works for you

Make sure you have banking comm set to ON if you happen to have loco's at the rear

The lights issue has nothing to do with setting them up, skyhook modeled/programmed it wrong, irl you can have all 5 lights shining white, bright...

In belgium it's used in 5 scenarios: -entrance of tunnels -Malfunctioning crossing (blow horn with intervals at 5km/h) -workers -people waving -idiots

Tbl is a bit of pzb a bit of aws, adverse signals you have to acknowledge but there's no speed monitoring, only at a red signal there's a beacon...
While waiting on a skyhook patch, there's a decent sound mod, an enhancement pack fixing seat position, mfd's contrast and symbols and better...
the only thing possible now would be dynamic weather as it's already implemented in some scenarios,the other stuff...not gonna happen with the...
