Given that there are games with Unreal engine that don't stutter, the issue is with TSW.
I bet now that if you buy one of the new RTX 4xxx, TSW2 or TSW3 will stutter like hell no matter what.
A discount should be the minimum for existing users. I'll consider TSW3 once it will be discounted by at least half.

This is one of the biggest issues of TSW2. It's just a mess. 100% agree with this.
Given we had a new train on the last german route, I expect some more recycled Dostos, BR146 etc... in the next german route.
My top three least favourite routes in order are: 1) Rapid Transit: even after the first preservation crew update, this route has plenty of bugs...
The pictures are nice, but I truly hope safety systems are correctly simulated and sounds are decent. Cannot bear another Boston Sprinter or LIRR ...
