They could add a extension for Schnellfahrstrecke Koln - Aachen by making it go to Frankfurt from Koln

I went on the S-Bahn Frankfurt and boy is it cool. Under ground and above ground mixed in.

Brocken Railway sounds cool for steam. It goes on pretty big inclines and ends at top of a mountain. Loco would be DB BR 99 i would think
